How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your ToDiagram subscription at any time through your account settings.
Steps to Cancel

Open Account Settings
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select "Account" from the dropdown menu

Navigate to Billing
- Click on the "Billing" tab in the Account modal
- Find your active subscription in the "Current Plan" section

Access Cancellation
- Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) next to your current plan
- Select "Cancel Plan" from the dropdown menu

Complete Cancellation Flow
- You'll be asked to provide feedback (optional but appreciated)
- Review the benefits you'll lose
- Confirm the cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
Immediate Effects
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You continue to have access to all premium features until then
- No further charges will be made
After Billing Period Ends
You will lose access to:
- No File Limit: Return to free tier limitations
- Cloud Storage: Your documents will be deleted after 14 days
- High-Resolution Export: Loss of high-quality image export
- MCP Server Access: No longer able to generate diagrams using the Model Context Protocol
Team Subscriptions
For team subscriptions, only the team owner can cancel the subscription.
Team Cancellation Process
- Go to the Billing tab in your Account settings
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- All team members will lose access to team features after the billing period ends
Important Notes
If you're on a discounted plan, canceling means you'll lose that discounted rate forever. New subscriptions will be charged at the current standard rate.
Subscription Paid Until Date
Your subscription will remain active until the date shown in the cancellation confirmation. You can continue using all premium features until that date.
Manual Subscriptions
If your subscription is marked as "manual" (custom enterprise plans), you cannot cancel through the interface. Please contact support at [email protected] for assistance.
Reactivating Your Subscription
If you change your mind after canceling:
- Return to the Billing tab before the end of your billing period
- Your subscription can be reactivated through the customer portal
- Access the customer portal via "Invoices & Payment" in the three-dot menu
Once your billing period ends and the cancellation takes effect, you'll need to subscribe again at the current pricing.
